  • Gauge bezel removal

So it didn't take my 1 year as an engineering student to remove the housing from my tachometer, but I would also like to get access to the actual gauge face (round gauges). I am planning on having the bezel powdercoated and am making custom gauge faces as well. I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove the bezel. I removed the two nuts on the back, and that didn't do anything. Any ideas?

Look in the tech tips at the bottom of the main page. Try Modifications/battery and electrical IIRC. TC has a detailed post with photos on how to remove the bezel and face plate.

Basicly you have to carefully pry off of bezel from the back side.
