  • Pics of "running"

Well she's finally running and man am I happy.
    Pics and vid to follow.

Was a little worried about the "popping" but then read another thread and have decided it's normal.
Was so nervous when I pressed that start button, but she fired right up - a little lumpy at idle and has a tendency to stall once in a while but revs smooth.

The paint is actually black with flakes in it, it looks a lot better 'in the flesh'. In the pics it looks like it's scratched.
Do you like the sweet little in line fuel filters i found? $4.00 ea.

    The dogs name is Bandit.
    And I'm one happy puppy!!

      Hey Sip,

Paintjob looks great, I can easily see the "flake", doesn't look like scratches to me!! Looking good, hope mine turns out as well!

No rattle can - a buddy has a spray set up, not entirely dust free unfortunately but not bad all the same.
4 primer coats, 3 top coats, 5 clear finish - down side is it'll be about two months before it's all cured properly. The primers were a sod - kept cracking, much sanding and repriming later - all good.

Bandit is a Shepherd something X - many opinions as to what the something is. Was beaten as a puppy, homed with another loser who wasn't nice to him and barely fed him - we got him scared of everything and about 38lbs. He's now 100% more confident and weighs 62lbs. However all you have to do is raise your voice and he still cowers. I'd love to get my hands on those "people" - not the word I want to use but it'd just get censored.
