  • quick 1 where do u plug carb sync?

    I am sync the xj with the norm's YICS tool before going to work (1 o')

    dunno where to plug the carb probes

    any1 kinda quick?

    on the 4 tube fittings on the carb boots.
    Engine side of carbs.
    Remove vacuum lines and caps.

      If you have vacuum operated petcocks, don't forget to set them to prime.
      I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

        did it, tuned it & got in time to work

        took 10 mn tops, hell o easy

        ... backfiring still on right side, will go at it again but idle is great, mileage up & saved a bunch o money by switching to XS11.com

        pix coming up

        feels like being King of the urban jungle again. Next stop the W. House (no, not white).
