    Aaahhhhhh......

    hey there folks....met up 2day with renegade_xs11g and had a very interesting meeting...very nice guy and knows what he is talking about with the xs.....we shot the sh*t for about 1/2 hour in the parking lot of a mickey d's.....after that, the deal was done and rebel devil now has a touring package......comfy seat and now my a** cheeks have claimed victory......thanx renegade_xs11g......nice meeting you and the mrs......ross

    p.s. rolled 28k during the ride....trip reads exact mileage round trip for the ride....

              I have one of those seats but it was made for a BMW. Wonder if I can get it to fit the 1100 Special?

                  The Bag Lady has a seat like that...

                  but unfortunately, it has a pretty bad case of mange... John says it's pretty comfortable though (even if it is the second ugliest seat he's ever seen)... Hope you get many miles of enjoyment out of it!

                              Uhm... I don't think he was referring to my seat, WildKat.

                              Mine is usually upholstered in leather.
                              It looks pretty good considering it's age and the amount of wear it's had over the years.
                              Sure, there may be some minor wrinkles in the skin... Maybe even some odd stains along the one major crack, but all in all, it's held up well.
                              No bulges or unsightly blemishes.
                              Very comfortable to sit upon.
                              Even has a vent hole to release built up pressure inside.
                              Starting to get little grab rails along the sides, though... not an option I care for.

                                  It would seem

                                  That we both have the 'second ugliest' seat in the world. This is the seat that is on the Bag Lady.This thing sits a lot taller than the stock 79 SF seat on my bike. I want to replace it so I can adjust the back rest (Not installed yet in this pic) forward so I can use it.

                                      Oh I have to aggree with you. Honey, does this small tank make my seat look big? The seat is not allowed to be 4x as big as the tank! It must be good on long trips where no one knows you so who cares how it looks!
