King / Queen seats can still be found and pop up on e-bay from time to time. i got one and it is comfee. I got it because it keeps inexperienced passengers in their place. There's nothing I hate more then the passenger sliding into me at ever stop or flying into me in a quick stop. The only thing I didn't like about this particular seat is that it added about 2 inches of height to my seating position.

Hi Ross. I got my King Queen seat from Dennis Kirk. You can go on line and order. I really like mine (and so does my skinny old but)

If you want a comfortable long distance seat you have to spend the money, and go with a Diamond, they are made to custom fit you, by weight and inseam ,so they fit perfect. They pour the foam density for your exact weight so don't fib if you want it to fit right. they also make them for both standard and special and mold their own pans so you don't have to send yours in to them.

When I bough mine it was a NOS item and was listed for the standard model. The seat pans are different between the standard and special models and likely between the 78-79 and later years within the standard model but someone else will have to confirm that last part.

Here's a picture of my seat and the back rest ,I had Diamond recover the back rest too so it would match the seat, so that raised the price up for me, but I don't remember by how much. sorry the picture is so big.

I forgot to say that my seat is a single king not a double, the rear half of a double is like the front of mine. You can also get it with cloth seat insets, that are more comfortable in hot climates. I think they call it the Highmiler.
