cam chain tensioner adjust

I'm using the Clymer manual. It tells me to rotate the crank CLOCKWISE and stop at the "C". It did this, and when I loosen the lock bolt, there is no "click".

It will only click of you've removed the tensioner and re-cocked it all the way. If the tensioner only moves a little, it won't make a sound.

BTW, you'll be missed this May.
