Yeah, blue rocks. SWMBO likes it too. The yellow was supposed be just a highlight color...turned out to be the only visible one at a distance...LOL

I don't know, I think the Yellow looks good!
Hey Hammer,
Here's a few photos of a fellow Xsive's bike:
Xsive Jeff Griffith has done to his XS11. It's a Green Bay Theme bike!!

C'mon, being a Fireman, you knew how much more visible the color YELLOW was, that's why they painted many firetrucks that color!

Well...I painted the side covers and valve cover midnight metallic and overshot that with cobalt metallic...end result is a neat sparkling shine that has already garnered compliments. Left the carbs yellow as SWMBO wanted it that way. Did the bowls in blue tho. Gave em a good blowing out while I had em off...
Also did 5 more coats of gloss on the tank using Dupli-color acrylic automotive gloss in a can. Turned out smooth as glass and shiny as heck! Have an intermittent inside 2-3 cylinder non-firing problem so am troubleshooting the wires from the pickup coil advance to the harness. Sounds good tho and when it hits all 4 it runs like I have never felt before...
...And the season is just starting here in WNY...
As for the Fire truck yellow....UGH...last thing I want is to carry that color around on a bike. I think the blue and green strobes I'm putting on it should get enough attention..."Rat Rod"
