main and pilot jets!?!?

so in todays adventuers of bringing The Goblin back to life, I pulled the float bowls off to see the main and pilot jet sizes so i can get the larger ones for the pod filters and the 4-1 exuast mods......i only found main jets and no pilots.....is this normal, or did some PO block them off? and are they necissary? it ran fine w/o before.

its a 79 Special.

The pilots are in the tunnel under the screw next to the mains. Yes they are necessary.

so for my mods i need to increase both then. Where is the best place to buy jets?
