    One more thought on this - you might want to try plumbing in some tubing to connect the vacuum nipples from all four intake manifolds into one. This is the principle of the YICS chamber that Yamaha designed into the XJ. IIRC, this was supposed to be one of the earlier attempts at emission control.

      Here in Ontario, Canada bikes are not required to be tested and cars need to only meet the numbers that were in place in the year the car was made. It makes no sense for you down there. If your riding a bike your already doing your part :-)
