    Crossover clamp? What does it clamp to? Mine never had such a thing, maybe that is why the crossover never would stay in there and finally got removed and plugged!

        Going, going, gone...

        Rust bucket? I wouldn't ride that thing. It might break up on the road. Loosen up that top bolt and ride a new one under it.

            yeah, that photo had me going for a while there. My rightside muffler-to-pipe weld let go last year. BTW, Saskatoon is an XS11 desert and I've never seen another one close up; is the muffler supposed to be welded onto the pipe or is this another PO bodge? Anyhow, as my inadequate pension precludes buying a replacement exhaust system I put a muffler paste, sheetmetal & hose clamps fix on there.
            This spring I shall try a big bolt-up sleeve I saw at Princess Auto instead. It's stainless. An upgrade, even.
