    I have the red(ish) block installed now and and I did get the muff's mount holes to line up with the passenger pegs.

    Mufflers came from aftermarket catalog had real ugly black ones on when found (like the midnight special).

    The bars are from a Varigo in the bone yard.

    Oh yeah and the "doily" was a bad decal a friend laid on the tank one day before work finished. I removed it and repainted the tank.

    I have put 2000k on the bike after the photo.

    Must get an updated photo to post : )

    I had to add a windshield as ride some long highways (125km each way to work) that have too many dump trucks. a few dozen rock in the face and chest i i decided to sacrifice the look for my health .

      finally got chance to take photo of red engine in




      I wonder which is better looking the silver or red engine.

        i think the red is definitely better. I wish i had the time/money to put into my bike.
