Would 82 550 seca maxim carbs fit our XS1100's? I see a parts bin online w/named carbs and they look the same. thanks.

Gene,
They would probably be too small. The physical size for the front is probably about 4mm smaller than the XS carbs. Remember, the bike has HALF the displacement of ours!
A newer 750 to 900 would probably work. I would only go with a '95 or newer carb, just to make the parts easy to get.Ray Matteis
