I second what Korr said. I am usually not impressed with the "Quick, Easy" methods or products. But I tried the Duplicolor 1500 deg. CERAMIC flat black on the headers after using 00 steel wool.....Why take it off to bake them when you have another excuse to go for a ride 20 minutes did the trick and "baked" the ceramic right on.....Few hundred miles since and no problems......I would recommend it...Chop
