  • Just a quick question.

    1978 Yamaha XS750 Standard - has 140MPH Speedo
    1980 Yamaha XS11 Spec - Has 85 MPH Speedo

the 140 installed on the '11, fit's right, BUT will it be accurate?

I noticed that the cable from the 750 has a different end, @ wheel

They will be accurate. Wildkat has a 140 on her 81 SH. Now you will know just fast you are really going.

When I put a new 140mph speedo on my SG I lost the self cancelling turn signals but otherwise it works fine

            Hi Laxdad,

If the 750 speedo had the plug fitted for the signals, they should cancel fine!
