I just checked the exhaust valve clearance and it is within spec. I replaced the vacuum hose to the petcock. That is about all I can think off, besides changing the jetting. If it's still the same, I'm not going to worry about it. I will then hope the other pipes get the same coloring. I have n't gone on a long ride with the new pipes on yet so they may all get colored then.
It is nice to get some of the low end torque back with the 4 into 2 pipes, the 4 into 1 took alot of it away.
