Backrest/sissy bar

Does anybody out there know where to get a strong, nice looking backrest (about 12" high) without a rack behind it? I've got a 1979 XS1100SF. There has to be another brand or model out there somewhere that would fit with a little modification. Somebody once told me there was an optional sissy bar sold when the bike was new. I know I probably could never get it now but was curious what it looked like. I had one years ago for my Kaw LTD900 that I liked. I would appreciate any sources to purchase one. Thanks!

I found my KG back rest on ebay for about $30. It's chrome and vinal are both in good shape. I'm looking for a luggage rack to bolt onto the back rest now.

One just sold on ebay last night for about $10.
It wasn't exactly the design that I would select, but it WAS made specifically for the XS11.
They are out there, you just have to keep your eyes open for them.
I am looking for a backrest WITH the rack for a Special.
Anybody??

I have a backrest/seat that I am looking to get rid of once I find an original grab rail for the Special. Do you have the part? If so, let me know and I'll send you a picture of my setup.
