Cases are now apart, need stuff, 78E

There are gear cogs missing on the 2nd and 3rd pinion (upper shaft) and the 2nd and 3rd wheel (lower shaft). Where should I get them?

The cases came apart with the clutch in position. I had to wiggle the case a bit to get it out from under the alternator. I hope the case will go back in without taking the alternator off as I have no way to hold it with that big bolt.

But now I need those 3 parts. Any idea, used or new?

This problem happened when my son rode the bike. He had been hot rodding it saying that the bike needed it as old dad was always mothering it along. There were no problems at all while I was mothering it. He stopped at a stop sign, perhaps down shifted to fast and then it was all locked up. We got it to drive but no faster than 40 mph to a nearby town.
