4 digit tire date code

I got a new dunlop 501 100\90\19 tire date code was 4302 is that april 02? I understand three digit tire date code. please explain the 4 digit code please thanks brian

It is the 43rd week of 2002, Dunlop uses the 00, 01, 02 since 2000. I bought one early in 2000 and it was like 1400 or something 14th week of 2000. Anyway for those who don't know how this works:
