Base O-rings...

  • Base O-rings...

    OK... please tell me you are supposed to pack the big orange O-rings that go around the base of the cylinders into that space between the sleeves and cylinder block instead of just laying them around the base and installing the cylinders?

    Slip them onto the sleeves and push them up into place. Is having a complete set of gaskets kind of a new thing for you?

      Naw... just using NEW gaskets is a new thing to me! lol I figure if you re-use the head gasket at least 3 or 4 times, you get better compression each time since the gasket gets skinnier!
