Does anyone have contact with a guy named Brian Waldschmidt?

His email adress is bjw1325@hotmail.com. Ebay seller ID BJW0519.

He listed a set of carbs which I bought with BuyItNow option and paid for immediately. He didn't answer emails for a week or so, then send me a message and started a refund, saying the item was mistakenly re-listed. Wasted my time.

Like an idiot, I sent negative feedback before the refund went through..as follows: "bid=commit to buy, list=commit to sell? At least I got a refund..."

Now he has removed the refund.

Looks like I got burned again.

I just sent the seller this message:

"I need the refund for this item. If not, I will be filing a dispute at paypal, leaving further bad feedback, and trashing your reputation here, and at all of the motorcycle forums I am currently a member of. I bid on this item in good faith, I paid immediately...you wasted my time, and now will not return my money? This is the second time this has happened to me, and frankly, I'm pissed."

I've basically written off another $121, but maybe I'll get lucky and he'll actually refund my money.

If you bought on ebay using Paypal, file a dispute/claim with paypal right away. Don't wait on him.

Go to ebay and search for contact member or contact seller. There is a way to get the sellers phone number but it is a ridiculous string ofl links to get there. OR, from the ebay home page, in the upper right is a link to 'live help.' It takes about 10 minute to get of of chat 'hold' but you do eventually talk/chat with a live person and when you explain it, the first step in resolving an issue is to try calling. They will give you the directions of how.

I know this because some douche-bag, aka twinsportcyclesalvage, sent me a set of oem suzuki exuast listed as a honda cb500 exhaust. He said to send it back and all would be refunded. I have already had to call and talk to him on the phone and I STILL haven't gotten my $165 back!

You need to go to the Dispute Console on the ebay site and start a dispute session.
AND notify paypal.
