Carb kits

Looking for carb kits for my Dads 81 XS1100H and was wondering if these will work. I've not had a lot of luck finding any specificly for the H model.

I would not spend the additional $$ for the K&L kits that come with jets (as the jets are mostly the incorrect size).

Instead, I purchased the kit (Part #48-1408) and any individual jets from MikesXS

Save yourself some serious $ and just buy the parts you NEED. Most of the stuff in the kits you really don't need.

Sounds like a plan! By the way, since the air box is missing we are going to use pod filters. Anyone have any recommendations on jet sizes? The following are the pods we are getting:

Found the 'jet formula' in Modifications > Carburetors & Fuel System > Jetting Recommendations so never mind on the question above.

For around the same price, you could get the filters from Mikesxs that are just like those but have 'XS' stamped in the chrome
