  • passenger footpegs

Okay, I'm being dumb. I read a post in here a while back about relocating the passenger footpegs. Sounds like exactly what I want/need to do, but was busy with other things at the time. Now, for the life of me, I cannot find that post. Knew I shoulda bookmarked it. Help? Thanx.

Theres a search button on the top right, looks like a tab. Try it.

If it doesn't have an engine, it's not a sport, it's only a game.

      Hi, Bob
Don't know if you found the post you were looking for...I can't find it either. Anyway, here's what I did. Relocated the pegs forward to hole adjacent to the swingarm pivot. The peg threads into the threaded hole nicely, but you may have to shim up the peg with a big washer to get it to stop in the proper orientation. Then go to your neighborhood hardware store and buy a couple nice SS bolts and acorn nuts to hold the muffler / crash bar mounts that were formerly secured with the rear pegs. Drop me an email to: tempel@norcomcable.ca and I'll return a couple pics so you can see my installation.
      Good luck.
