    Ok I'm an idiot before jumping i followed the wiring last night and started to remove the reserve lighting unit and while was wired wasn't screwed on so not grounded reattatched and jumped wires and all lights came on so looks like relay is no good Thanks to all!! Now weird question is why did relay off of other bike not work that one was working fine, any thoughts?

      Process of elimination

      You never said if the yellow wire has voltage when the motor is running. That's the the trigger for the relay, and it comes straight out of the generator.

      Your original relay may be fine. Swap that one into the "good" bike to test it.

      You need a Volt Ohm Meter, and a running engine to check the output of the charging circuit.

      Do a search for wiring diagram, there's one in here somewhere. Then search for checking the regulator or charging circuit.
      Pretty much anything and everything, on these bikes, has happened to someone before, and can be found in here by searching for it.
