  • picture I saw

Quite a few months ago I saw a picture of a bobbed xs11. I came back to print a picture so I could show someone and now I can't find it. It was black and sitting by the curb. It was a special and the shocks had been replaced by what appeared to be chromed I-Beams. If any one could tell me where to find the pic I would appreciate it..

    Thanks in advance..

It's hard to do a word search for photos!

There is a mega thread in the Member's Forum, the BIKE PHOTOS thread, you might review it and find it, I just don't remember if it's amongst them?

        picture

No, thats not the one. The one I'm thinking of is similar to that. I can't remember for sure if it was a chain drive or not.

The paint was black and shiney, had drag bars and no shocks. It had those I-Beams in place of the shocks.

I do like the picture above also. I am about ready to do something similar to mine.

I haven't been here in months and most of the tech articles like the chain drive conversion and the mod to lengthen the front frame tubes are gone. Or I just can't find them. I guess I waited too long.
