Thanks for all your help getting my bike working.I didn't think i would get the carbs working they were leaking like a sive.TRIED sychronizing close ,but still needs some fine tuning.runs a little rough at idle little popping when gearing down.I will either take another shot at it or if i can't get it i will take it in.

I can recall all the work/adjustments you've made, but popping on decelleration means vacuum leak, air leak in the exhaust system, of general lean fuel mixture.
