carb questions

I am trying to change up a few things on my baby. I'm takeing it from factory to 4 into1 exhaust and putting K&N cone air filters. So my problem is how far to jet the carbs & what to do with the three hoses that go into the fact. air box. Thank you for the help anyway you can.
