  • Head gasket question

When replacing the head gasket and bottom cylinder gasket, is it wise to install them dry?

      Except for

around the cam chain galley. You should use some Yamabond around the chain galley or it will probably leak later. Yamaha no longer has a seperate gasket for that area as it was eliminated and soemtimes leaks. PITA
