  • Vetter Fairing Windshield Gasket

Hi Guys, I am replacing the gasket under the windshield on my vetter fairing. I know I have seen some discussion about removing the old one but can't seem to find it anywhere here. What do you use to remove the old gasket? I appreciate your advice. Thanks for your help.

A boxcutter, maybe a scraper, and some acetone to dissolve away the old adhesive. Keep the acetone off of the painted surfaces, and keep the knife away from your fingers, and you're on your way.

WD40 works good to and is easier on the paint and the plastic. I have used it and it works SLICK.
