light bars???

Darn rainy days,

just looking at some light bars, and wondering...

Does ANYONE have on on thier XS?

Or maybe know of one that will bolt on.

Heck, even maybe one you may have to tweak a little?

I've been looking at Dennis Kirk, JCW, and J&P, catalogs don't show one for the XS, Other models tho'

Like to have the extra light, but having electrical problems on the monster
and another thought pops into mind...

Clymers says the rectifer can be turned up, is this true???
another thought, I've put pods in place of the airbox, lots of new room,
perfect for a bigger battery, or maybe a tool box?

That's news to me. What page did you find that on?
About the only way to free up some electrons is to replace all the bulbs with LEDs.

Hey Renegade,

I just took some angle brackets, drilled some holes and mounted them on the side of the front fork tubes!



They are nice and bright, and much cheaper, although a bit redneckish!? You could probably find some nice chromed ones, I've seen some muffler brackets that would work also!?

Yes, I do remember seeing that the rectifier can be adjusted.

I think I left my CLYMERS on the dining room table again, my wife has a habit of making thing left on the table disappear.

BUT I KNOW I seen it.

I have a bit of a photographic memory, just don't work as well as it used to.
