Reading spark plugs - more info.

I've read a few discussion of spark plug reading on this forum and found this today while I was looking for some Cam calculations for my vette. I thought it might be of some interest to some of you. This seems to be at odds with what I have read here. Not saying it's right, judge for yourself.

very interesting. I'll make sure to observe the base ring more closely as I proceed with my fussing with jets and report back.

I think at some point I'm going to have to pony up the bucks and get a few dyno runs in to see what's really happening.
