I picked one up a few years back in the discount bin at a Yamaha dealer.Ken Talbot -

It's in a pdf format. It will take a while to download...it's 12 mb and the omnidrive website is free and slooooooooooowwww. So go drink a pot of coffee or watch you favorite ball game.
But once you get it look at the upper left hand of your acrobat reader and you'll see a button that says "SAVE COPY". Click that button and save a copy to your hard drive.Comment
