I wonder if anyone can help me find a set of soft saddle bags to fit an xs11. I do not want to make to many modifications to my bike. I need about 70 liters of packing space.

I would try Dennis Kirk first (www.denniskirk.com) they have lost of throw over bags and universal mounted bags. If you need more space and have a backrest there are also pack available that will fit over your backrest.
You might also check EBAY, lots of stuff for the XS for sale there.
