  • Nebula Gold

Ok...I have been trying to find a source for Nebula Gold. That is the orignal paint used on the Midnight wheels. Does anybody have a source or does anybody work at a paint shop that could duplicate and post the specs?

Sometimes it is like fishing. You have to wait for the right lurker to pass by.

            no luck

i called martin senour, the paint company that we deal with here at NAPA and they have six different yamaha formula numbers that i could mix, but none of them are a gold color. sorry man. if you find a yamaha paint code number i can go from there.

              That's the problem

I know it is called Nebula but I have never had a paint code for it. I was wondering if some of the newer equipment could be used to scan it and come up with the color. I have been told that the surface area of the wheel is not enough to accomplish that. I could have swore I saw a post on this forum long ago where someone had stated they actually had a couple of spray cans of the stuff. Anybody remember a post like that maybe from the old forum site?
