What is reasonable

I have decided to sell my 1980 XS1100 Midnight Special. What would be a reasonable asking price for a solid running bike that needs a good home?
needs-
turn signal relay
rear break switch
wheel bearings (I think)
small dent in gas can
missing battery cover
king/queen seat reupholstered

that said, if nobody wants to part with at least a grand cash money to get it (and that's low IMHO) it's best to keep it.
