  • Fuel Line

Just a note to those thnking about replacing your fuel lines. Don't use the braided rubber automotive crap. That works fine for an old truck but with the shorter runs and tighter corners we need for an XS, it tends to collapse. Don't ask me how I know...

I am using plain old 1/4" ID rubber fuel line. It is cheap and easily replaced and works well. I tried neoprene line and urethane line but I find the plain old rubber stuff works well.

Once you un-can a can of worms, the only way to re-can them is with a bigger can.

That's what I settled with too. It is VERY EASY to work with and you practically have to bend it over double to kink it.
