If I was to add a crossover pipe to my two into one header setup. right now I have remove the stock mufflers and crossover and just extended the headers. I have rejetted and added washers in the pipes for back pressure. She is a little sluggish from idle to 3k rpms. What do you think?

Can't add to the technical advantages or disadvantages of the crossover pipe, but
That is one tough looking bike you got there!

          Hi Audi,
that's the accident inspector's term for the gap between your seat and your unfendered rear tire. Imagine the bike's awesome acceleration skidding your stern back off the seat and down onto the tire.
          Can you say eunuch?
So rip out the washers, add a crosspipe and stick on a pair of Harley-style no baffle shortie mufflers.

I grasped your meaning of the second paragragh, but the first one is over my head.

                Who knew?

                Hi Audi,
in plain words, if your arse slips backwards off the seat at any kind of speed the tire will rip your balls off.
Now you say there's a rear fender to go on the bike yet. Safe move. Good thinking.
                Nice bike.

                  From cryptic to crystal clear!
Fred, you have a way of making a fender sound like a really good idea!
