    Starter button

Where's everybody getting their starter buttons--horn buttons; nowadays? > or billet buttons.

I went what used to be radio shack ("the source" now I think) and paid about C$4 for a button that fitted perfect and is still working. The only downside is that it came with a nice red cover that snapped off after about two starts - the result of not pushing it absolutely straight - but the bit of switch left is more than enough and works great.
Any electrical shop will have something similar, the only things to look for are 1. It will fit the diameter of the hole (D'uh - sorry) 2. That it isn't too bulky to fit in the handlebar housing.
Follow this link - if it works. This is the one I used.

oldnortonrider, I took care of the second thread for you.
xschop has NICE billet aluminum buttons, or bikebandit has the replacement plastic ones.

Hey that's a great link to some really useful info. I don't need anything right now ('cept one of those hats ???) but would like to find that link in the future - it's not on the front page as a title, can I find it just by searching the topic?
