suspension sag, fork fluid.

was wondering if any one could tell me what they set there suspension sag at, especially the front forks,
ive got progressive springs and also wanted to know
how much fork oil is recomended, i know its more
than the book states for oem springs, i cant find the info
i had kept previously.
