A while back I mentioned that I had made a bracket to take the load off the intake boots while running pods. So, I thought I should take and post a pic.
I decided to do it after watching the carbs vibrate slightly while it was running. I could see the small surface cracks on the intakes flexing. Then I started thinking about the shock of bumping riding. At almost $100 a set, I want my intakes to last as long as possible.

Would imagine can be had at most industrial supply houses.
May be able to find in a good hardware store, but most places do not carry the larger size you would need for the boots.

I took a different approach with mine, but WTF, the carbs are off again & soaking right now so I can re-think, right?
OK, bottom end picks up on a carb rail screw but where's the top end attached?
