Diameter of main journals

Hi, the PO ran gas in the oil, so I got to replace all the bearings Anyway, I'm trying to determine if the crank journals are worn or not. I was thinking that if I do the plastigauge test, I'll get wrong results since the bearings have had the finish taken off. So I was wondering if it's possible to mic the journals. Anyone know the diameter of the mains and rods? Also, any ideas on how to check and prep the crank. The bearing sizes are all "brown."

I checked thru both a Clymer and Yamaha manual.
Neither has spec's on crank other than run out and oil clearance.

Don't think I've got any cranks out of the cases at work, but will check Monday.
