    fuel taps

There was a discussion about Yamaha's Weird Harold fuel taps on another list.
All manner of which tap fits what fuel tank and how to make vacuum taps into non-vacuum taps chat. Final concensus on the simplest way to go went something like:-
F**k 'em! Make adapter plates. Buy Pingels.

          Pingels

          Sorry Wiz,
I thought everbody had heard that name, these guys:-
We Pass more Gas! Pingel Enterprise has long been known for our fuel valves, also known as petcocks. This product is one of the first motorycle parts from Pingel manufacturing. Our valves set the standard for quality and high flow with substantially higher fuel flow than any other fuel valve made for motorcycles.
