  • Carb Pilot Screw O-rings?

I'm searching for a couple of replacement pilot screws to replace two of my screws that no longer have the needle on the end, so I called my local Yamaha shop. The owner tells me he has one pilot screw "set" in stock (for $22 and change). He said they only come in sets that include the springs, a washer and an o-ring. The o-ring, he said, seals around the screw to prevent air leaks.

None of the air mix (pilot) screws in any of my carbs, either set, had any washer or o-rings on them. My two banks of carbs are both from 1979 XSes. Do y'all's pilot screws have this washer and o-ring?

While I'm at it, anybody got a couple of spare intact pilot screws?
