stock special exhaust louder than the standard?

mufflers are shorter and there is no expansion chamber,

is it lower in power output than the standard of the same year?

did the 81 venturer get the the special exhaust and foot peg muffler hangers?

just another nagging question.

I can' answer the first two Q's but the bike did get Special pipes and muffler hangers/footpeg brackets.
