Yes. The rotors are all the same diameter. The diameter of the wheel won't affect anything.

Is there a way to get the caliper to line up or do I have to change it to the standard caliper

The rear caliper is the same on all years and models of XS11. In fact, it is the same caliper that is on the L/F on a Standard. It should just fit right in to the bracket. In fact I know the brackets are the same, as I just put a refurbished bracket and torque plate on my 80 SG, and the bracket had 2H7 cast right in to it. That tells me that it was originally used on a 78 Standard, and used on all models.

The rear caliper and bracket is different on the 1981 XS1100LH model. I have a spare if anyone needs it.

            Oops

My bad. I should have paid closer attention to the first post. The 81 MNS has the linked brake system, same as the XJ11, and I am outta my league on that subject. Dpotter would be your man to ask any MNS questions to. I think dewibp is a MNS man also. Of course there are more MNS owners than that, but those two come to my still slepy mind. Sorry for feeding you all that misinformation.
