300 hundred pounds was the weight listed on the weight bill for one I got off e-bay. It was a complete engine and open sided crate. They must be plunged of all fluids before shipping.

Pull engines by myself.
Removed cylinders first tho.
Found that a plastic milk crate I have is just the right height to set next to frame to accept the lower end. Don't leave it on the plastic crate too long as it starts to bend.
I'm 190-lbs and not very muscular and I have picked the complete motor up off the ground. Not easy but it can be done. All back so if yours is not good I wouldnt suggest doing by yourself. I pulled mine out of the frame with a jack and a couple of piesces of pipe. jacked it up, layed some pipe against the frame and the ground on an angle , pushed the motor over on top of the two pipes and let it slide down them to the ground. I dont think you askeds for all that though. Sorry I am bored
