I think there is a tech tip but I don't have time to look it up at the moment. Basically, if I remember correctly, we pulled the round plug from the middle of the tensioner, cleaned the tensioner well, put high temp oil resistant RTV sealant in it (along with where the plug was inside the hole, we put a dime size bit on the outside of the whole to give it more holding power), then let it sit for a couple days to cure.
I believe that is about it - just make sure the engine is cool before doing this.
I can take a picture tonight to show you what the outside looks like.
