  • I love my idle adjust...

It is so easy to adjust the idle when fine tunning the carbs. You start twisting screws and the idle RPM can change and it's so easy now. Remote idle adjust is easy and cheap. Made mine from things lying about. Small adaptor I made to fit on the adjust knob with a 1/4" hole on the other end with setscrews for a short peice of weed-eater drive cable, about 18" of 3/8" copper tube and a plastic knob with a aluminum center and set screws. You can route it most anywhere you want, but mine is between the rt rear shock and the fender. Out of sight, but real handy.

            Clean?

Not now, been wrenchin for a couple of weeks off and on. As soon as I get the slide needles adjusted again where I want them, I have to start cleaning and polishing. Pathfinder is dirty from all the handling with greasy hands etc.
