Carb shaft question?

Does anybody know where to get those plastic washers that go on the butterfly shaft next to the shaft seals? Doing the carbs on my wifes XJ650, but uses the same carbs as the later XS XJ. Would'nt by any chance come with the shaft seals would they?

Those washers don't come with the shaft seals and they're probably particular to the model/application for the carbs because the spacing between carbs is different 650's and 1100's, just my $.02.

You might want to try to get a "parts set" off ebay or contact andreas here on the forum.

'Fraid of somtin like that. Found some stainless washers (shims actually) the correct size in Mcmaster Carr. Any reason not to use those?

Looked at my 80G and they seem to be the same. 14.5mmx8mmx1.0mm.

I see no reason not to use the stainless ones, if they're the right size.
