  • Carbs needed?

I have tried everything short of colortuning, I can not get my idle/low RPM circuit right. I beleive it has to do with the fact that I had to drill out #1,and #2s idle mix screws. I have synced, but i dont think that helped cause I havent got the mixture right on those two carbs yet. Any one got a colortune I can buy, or borrow? Promise I ll send it back, along with a tip . It's wierd, I can open and close the mix screw on #1 while running and there is no change in the RPM's. I figured if I had it closed all the way and then opened it 2 turns I would notice something, but nothing changed. I think what i need are two carbs that haven't been drilled.
Any one got 2? I would be willing to pay a decent priced. One of them would have to have vacuum advance nipple. they would also have to be the early style, no octopus,( I dont know if that matters or not) but the 78-79 XS carbs.
Thanks for any advice or replies.
