Now what???

Well I got my new idle screws in and the carbs back in. It runs a lot better and wants to idle but if i turn the idle up where it does idle when i bring the tack up to 3000 rpm or so it doesn't want to come back down and sometimes even picks up rpm's
HELP I NEED SOME IDEAS

You are too lean, turn out the screws a half turn at a time until the idle stops hanging.
